In late 1999 my wife Jennifer and I moved to Milwaukee so that she could attend UW Milwaukee. I had just finished a four year stint in the Marine Corps and had never been to Milwaukee. I felt right at home. Jennifer and I and our two daughters Hope & Sydney currently reside in Cedarburg Wi and have since 2002. I started investing in the Riverwest area of Milwaukee in 2003. Since that time I have developed a huge fondness for the neighborhood and its diverse group of residents.
I became a licensed Realtor in Spring of 2013 and it was by far one of the best decisions I have ever made. By Spring of 2014 I had obtained my Brokers license and Riverwest Realty Milwaukee was born. Since that time I have personally helped over 500 buyers and sellers achieve their goals of buying or selling their home. I continue to meet new people and make new friends every day in this business and for that reason, more than 50% of my business is repeat and referral. I could not be more thankful for that.

Lance is professional, methodic, transparent and quite the strategist. After Lance met us at our house, he did his homework and met for consultation of where he felt our house fit in the market and his plan to get the most eyes on house. His strategy for our house gave us the confidence he was looking out for our best interest, he was straight forward on his options. You can tell that he really enjoys the process of selling home. When it came to getting offers, he worked the offers and was able to get us a great deal. Even through the inspection amendment process he was able to work the deal to meet our goals. He was reassuring even when our nervousness was getting the best of us. He is quick to respond to text, calls or emails, even after the sell was complete and I had something come up he was quick to help. We couldn't have been happier with the representation we received from Riverwest Realty when we sold our house. We had met with Lance a year in advance to get an idea about the possible market value and to ask about what we might want to do to put our house in the best shape for selling. We didn't know when we might want to sell and Lance was quite happy to meet with us well in advance of selling without him pressuring us at all to do it immediately. When we had a question whether or not to replace something in the meantime he was very happy to give us his professional advice. He sent a photographer to take photos of our place once we decided to move and his support staff was great. He always answered our calls personally when we called him. We trusted him about the timing of listing our house just right before seeking appointments for showings. He was able to anticipate just when the house would sell. He priced the house just right, in my opinion, to ultimately get the best price in the market. We got more than we asked for.
