I am a lifelong Milwaukee resident, spending my childhood in the Sherman Park neighborhood, later moving to Riverwest and finally purchasing a home in the Hawthorne Glen neighborhood on Milwaukee’s west side where I live with my wife Kari and our son Emery. I spent many years as a manager at Beans and Barley on Milwaukee’s east side and, in the process, learned many valuable lessons I strive to apply to my current role as a trusted real estate advisor at Riverwest Realty.
As an avid angler and cyclist, I feel that I have cultivated a unique and intimate connection to this great city, from exploring the beautiful waterways, bicycle trails, and extensive park system to partaking in the excellent local dining and recreational activities. Andrew, Ralf and Lance at Riverwest were terrific and super attentive, start to finish. Andrew was the one to shepherd our Rufus King duplex purchase through to closing, and he honestly could not have been more pleasant to work with. Amazing group of realtors!
I switched from a different realtor to Riverwest Realty early in the process and the difference was day and night.
I worked with Andrew Euting and he truly goes above and beyond – cramming showings at different properties together to work with my schedule, excellent communication, punctual, … All of it!
I also appreciated his directness about flaws in a property, instead of Andrew just chasing a closed deal.
I had an extremely narrow price range and geographical area that I was interested in, so I’d say he was also patient and gracious 🙂

I am now a first time home owner thanks to Andrew Euting! Hey was such a pleasure to work with and really helped me find my dream home! The market is super cutthroat right now and being able to get anything in riverwest has been incredibly difficult but thanks to Andrew my dreams finally came true and for a great price! I highly recommend Andrew and his team at riverwest realty for any homeowning wants or needs. Even when it came down to getting an inspection or quotes on repairs he was more than prepared and had an amazing stack of resources and recommendations. If I were to do it again I would 100% ask for Andrew! Most days it felt like meeting up with a friend before work, I couldn’t ask for a better experience.
