I visited Milwaukee for the first time in 2018 and immediately fell in love with the City’s charm and friendliness, diverse neighborhoods and incredible architecture. Shortly after that visit, I began purchasing investment properties in the Milwaukee area. The plan was ultimately to relocate with my fiancé to Milwaukee and pursue a career in Real Estate. In July of 2021 I quit my job and we made the move from Colorado to Wisconsin.
For the last 20 years I have enjoyed working in the corporate space as an HR Director for Energy, Technology, Banking, and Restaurant Equipment and Supply companies. Although my career in Human Resources has been rewarding, Real Estate has always been a big part of my life. I grew up in Oklahoma and both of my parents had their Commercial Real Estate License and our family business was managing commercial properties. At an early age, I learned the value, challenges and rewards that come with owning property. I purchased my first home at age 19 and have continued buying, renovating, selling homes and managing rental properties over the last 30 years. I have also done some interior home design and staging projects as a side business.
I am very passionate about real estate and about helping others. I use my creativity, life experience, and people skills to make things happen for my clients. My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Robyn from Riverwest Realty. We were only in town for 3 days while preparing for a cross-county move, but Robyn was able to fit in multiple showings, giving us invaluable information on neighborhoods and the houses we viewed. Robyn Pawlak at Riverwest Realty Milwaukee was incredible! We moved to Milwaukee from another state, so we weren’t even in town when the deal was happening, but we placed our trust in her and her team. She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood. My husband had one week to find a home for us and Robyn figured out pretty quickly which neighborhood we wanted to be in, and showed him as many houses as she could in that short amount of time. She was always available to communicate with us, and we just can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Robyn.

I had a wonderful experience working with Robyn at Riverwest! I was a first-time homebuyer looking to buy in a wildly competitive market with a pretty tight budget. Robyn understood that I was motivated to find the perfect place asap so I could get projects underway during the summer. She arranged showings for 24 homes in 30 days, and we finally found a great place for under my max budget. She was always quick to respond and offer sound advice when I was unsure of my next steps.
