About Ralf Walter

I was born and raised in the great city of Milwaukee in the Brewers Hill neighborhood. Growing up in a family of seven I learned the importance of teamwork, patience, and communication skills. I saw first hand the transformation and revitalization that is going on in the Milwaukee metro area.  Real Estate has always interested me and I’ve found it a great way to be part of the positive changes that are taking place where i will forever call home. Although i have always lived on the Eastside of Milwaukee I enjoy exploring all the other unique and wonderful neighborhoods our city has to offer.  With past experience in property management and the service industry, I have learned that customer satisfaction is the number one goal.

I have managed apartment buildings with over 100 units in the past and currently manage a building with 48 units. When not serving clients i enjoy supporting our local sports teams, fishing, cooking, and most of all being among family and friends.     I had experiences with multiple realtors but Ralf truly stood out among them all. He was very accommodating, well-informed, and was very willing to advocate for me as a buyer. He was more than happy to show different properties that I asked about (in-person or even virtually when I couldn’t be present) and find the appropriate information that was important to know about the home/condos itself. Moreover, I was doing a good chunk of the home buying process from afar, and he was very reliable and communicative, which was essential during those times. He was attentive to detail throughout the entire process, even during the home showings! He really went above and beyond, and I, without a doubt, would be happy to work with Ralf again as well as refer him to anyone that I know, who is interested in buying homes/condos in the area.
