I’m a proud single mother to an incredible special needs teenager who has shaped me into a fierce advocate, patient listener, and resilient problem-solver. That role has strengthened every part of who I am — both personally and professionally. It has deepened my belief that community isn’t just where you live… it’s who shows up for you. To me, community is family.
Becoming a licensed Realtor was one of the most empowering decisions of my life. Real estate allows me to combine strategy, advocacy, and relationship-building in a way that truly serves people. Teral was nothing short of AMAZING! She was extremely patient and when we needed something or had a house we wanted to look at, it was scheduled same day. I’ve used Teral Sondrup twice now and am never disappointed! She is the most knowledgeable realtor I’ve ever used. She sets realistic expectations but also listens to concerns and opinions.
