In 2002 I made the move to Milwaukee, not fully knowing what to expect — only that I was ready for something new. What I found here was community, character, and a sense of belonging that felt immediate. Now, more than two decades later, I can’t imagine calling anywhere else home.
I’m a proud single mother to an incredible special needs teenager who has shaped me into a fierce advocate, patient listener, and resilient problem-solver. That role has strengthened every part of who I am — both personally and professionally. It has deepened my belief that community isn’t just where you live… it’s who shows up for you. To me, community is family.
Becoming a licensed Realtor was one of the most empowering decisions of my life. Real estate allows me to combine strategy, advocacy, and relationship-building in a way that truly serves people. What can I say, from the first time I saw her picture online and spoke to her over the phone I knew she was the one ☝🏾I never looked any further. There are not enough good things we could say about Teral. She went above and beyond, meeting and exceeding every expectation in the best of ways. Not only was she responsive, but she was closely attuned to our needs. She helped us understand the market and what to expect. On several occasions, she was able to get us in to see homes we thought we would miss given the timing.
And on top of all that, she was candid. She built trust with us by being direct and honest throughout the search. Then, when we finally got an offer accepted, she was right there helping us meet a tight 30-day close.
We will be recommending her to all of our friends and family. If we do ever move, we know exactly who we will go to. She’s an awesome person, and we genuinely enjoyed the time we spent together with her!

Teral was nothing short of AMAZING! She was extremely patient and when we needed something or had a house we wanted to look at, it was scheduled same day. She answered questions in full detail, gave us her personal opinions on homes, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She’s definitely invited to our housewarming party 😂. She’s an absolute rockstar and I’m so happy we were able to have her as our agent. 12/10 recommend working with her if you’re looking for a new home. As first time homebuyers, I couldn’t imagine the experience going better than it did with her.

Teral is amazing, what can I say other than from start to finish she is always there to support and help her clients. I have had the pleasure to not only buy my house with her 7 years ago, but then sell it just last month. We got an offer in just two weeks, she was grinding out open houses every weekend and advertising across all her channels. I’ve used Teral Sondrup twice now and am never disappointed! She is the most knowledgeable realtor I’ve ever used. She sets realistic expectations but also listens to concerns and opinions. Because of her in depth market analysis I was able to profit $130k in the span of two years on my last home! She is a breath of fresh air and I can’t recommend her enough. Anyone would be lucky to have her on your side during the often difficult process of buying and selling a home. She will be the only realtor I trust going forward!
