About Andrew Euting

I am a lifelong Milwaukee resident, spending my childhood in the Sherman Park neighborhood, later moving to Riverwest and finally purchasing a home in the Hawthorne Glen neighborhood on Milwaukee’s west side where I live with my wife Kari and our son Emery. I spent many years as a manager at Beans and Barley on Milwaukee’s east side and, in the process, learned many valuable lessons I strive to apply to my current role as a trusted real estate advisor at Riverwest Realty.

As an avid angler and cyclist, I feel that I have cultivated a unique and intimate connection to this great city, from exploring the beautiful waterways, bicycle trails, and extensive park system to partaking in the excellent local dining and recreational activities. As a longtime homeowner, I am familiar with the benefits as well as the challenges of homeownership and would be more than happy to share that experience with you.     Andrew at Riverwest Realty was a tremendous help during every step of the home purchasing process. With this being my first home purchase, Andrew was patient with my many questions and answered them thoroughly and thoughtfully. I would highly recommend Riverwest Realty over any larger realty company because the realtors that work here are personable and truly know the ins and outs of the beautiful city of Milwaukee. Andrew was accessible everyday around the clock and even on the weekends. He was able to accommodate my busy and unpredictable work schedule. Riverwest realty also has great knowledge regarding highly accredited inspectors for closing and contractors for post-closing.     Andrew Euting at Riverwest was excellent! He worked with us for a few months, paying close attention to our parameters in terms of price, location and the type of house we were looking for. We never felt any pressure as he engaged with us about the listings he had forwarded, and helped us decide which we should visit. During visits, he was educated about all aspects of the homes we were looking at – details such as when the roof and water heater had last been replaced, how we might detect moisture in basements, issues with drainage systems and yard, etc. When we were ready to make an offer, Andrew helped us think through what would be a competitive bid. During the closing, he assisted with identifying and organizing fair-priced inspectors, and advising us on where we might want to invest in further inspection. He engaged with the sellers to ensure all the promised loose ends were tied up before closing. All of the above was delivered with a smile and lots of encouragement!
