In 2002 I made the move to Milwaukee, not fully knowing what to expect — only that I was ready for something new. What I found here was community, character, and a sense of belonging that felt immediate. Now, more than two decades later, I can’t imagine calling anywhere else home.
I’m a proud single mother to an incredible special needs teenager who has shaped me into a fierce advocate, patient listener, and resilient problem-solver. That role has strengthened every part of who I am — both personally and professionally. It has deepened my belief that community isn’t just where you live… it’s who shows up for you. To me, community is family.
Becoming a licensed Realtor was one of the most empowering decisions of my life. Real estate allows me to combine strategy, advocacy, and relationship-building in a way that truly serves people. Whether guiding first-time buyers, supporting growing families, or helping clients transition into their next chapter, I approach every transaction with honesty, grit, and heart.

Teral is amazing, what can I say other than from start to finish she is always there to support and help her clients. I have had the pleasure to not only buy my house with her 7 years ago, but then sell it just last month. I’ve used Teral Sondrup twice now and am never disappointed! She is the most knowledgeable realtor I’ve ever used. She sets realistic expectations but also listens to concerns and opinions. Because of her in depth market analysis I was able to profit $130k in the span of two years on my last home! She is a breath of fresh air and I can’t recommend her enough. I always thought that buying a house would be an extremely difficult process, but Teral not only made it easy for me to buy my first home, but made it pleasurable as well. I was having difficulties with my last landlords when it came to renewing my lease. They were making it very difficult every year . Buying my first house was EASIER than renewing a lease on an apartment that I had lived in for 5 years. Teral is also such a pleasure to be around. I always looked forward to checking out potential houses with her.
