In 2002 I made the move to Milwaukee, not fully knowing what to expect — only that I was ready for something new. What I found here was community, character, and a sense of belonging that felt immediate. Now, more than two decades later, I can’t imagine calling anywhere else home.
I’m a proud single mother to an incredible special needs teenager who has shaped me into a fierce advocate, patient listener, and resilient problem-solver. That role has strengthened every part of who I am — both personally and professionally. It has deepened my belief that community isn’t just where you live… it’s who shows up for you. To me, community is family.
Becoming a licensed Realtor was one of the most empowering decisions of my life. Real estate allows me to combine strategy, advocacy, and relationship-building in a way that truly serves people. I always thought that buying a house would be an extremely difficult process, but Teral not only made it easy for me to buy my first home, but made it pleasurable as well. I was having difficulties with my last landlords when it came to renewing my lease. They were making it very difficult every year . Buying my first house was EASIER than renewing a lease on an apartment that I had lived in for 5 years. Teral is also such a pleasure to be around. I always looked forward to checking out potential houses with her.

Best realtor ever!! I was referred to Teral by a friend who had worked with her (4) times in the past and spoke very highly of her. With it being my first time purchasing a home I was so nervous and had many questions. I started my process on November 3rd and closed with keys in hands on December 3rd. From finding the perfect home to dealing with underwriting she made the process a breeze. Very knowledgeable, professional and overall a great realtor, definitely will use her again and again.
P.s. she even brought me a birthday cake for my bday

Terel Sondrup was just like a daughter to us. She worked hard selling our duplex and helping us buy our condo. She helped us prepare our duplex for sale. She had our best interests at heart. As the date of the showing approached, I became emotional regarding all the selling of the duplex due to my involvement in the neighborhood regarding my friends. She helped me tremendously with the process. She has many gifts including being an artist. She gave us a pencil sketch of my nephew Dale who was tragically taken away from us. Plus, a beautiful Hosta plant. Even after we moved in to our condo, she checked in on us to make sure we were OK. We have been truly blessed to have her as our realtor.
