Andrew Euting at Riverwest was excellent! He worked with us for a few months, paying close attention to our parameters in terms of price, location and the type of house we were looking for. We never felt any pressure as he engaged with us about the listings he had forwarded, and helped us decide which we should visit. During visits, he was educated about all aspects of the homes we were looking at – details such as when the roof and water heater had last been replaced, how we might detect moisture in basements, issues with drainage systems and yard, etc. When we were ready to make an offer, Andrew helped us think through what would be a competitive bid. During the closing, he assisted with identifying and organizing fair-priced inspectors, and advising us on where we might want to invest in further inspection. He engaged with the sellers to ensure all the promised loose ends were tied up before closing. All of the above was delivered with a smile and lots of encouragement!
