About Lance Wooten

In late 1999 my wife Jennifer and I moved to Milwaukee so that she could attend UW Milwaukee. I had just finished a four year stint in the Marine Corps and had never been to Milwaukee. I felt right at home. Jennifer and I and our two daughters Hope & Sydney currently reside in Cedarburg Wi and have since 2002. I started investing in the Riverwest area of Milwaukee in 2003. Since that time I have developed a huge fondness for the neighborhood and its diverse group of residents.

I became a licensed Realtor in Spring of 2013 and it was by far one of the best decisions I have ever made. By Spring of 2014 I had obtained my Brokers license and Riverwest Realty Milwaukee was born. Since that time I have personally helped over 500 buyers and sellers achieve their goals of buying or selling their home. I continue to meet new people and make new friends every day in this business and for that reason, more than 50% of my business is repeat and referral. I could not be more thankful for that.

    I highly recommend Lance with Riverwest Realty. I was buying from out of state and he made the process incredibly easy. Great communicator, knowledgable, flexible, patient, and most importantly honest (I can’t stress how crucial this is in a real estate agent). Lance is not the kind of agent who wants to push through a quick sale without the buyer’s interest in mind; he wants you to find the right property for you and then make the transaction as smooth as possible.
