Some background/history: I’ve worked with 12–15 real estate agents over the past decade — some great, some not so great — so I feel like I’ve seen the full spectrum at this point.

We were not easy clients on this sale, and honestly I would not have blamed Lance if he had decided to drop us. Instead, he showed up every step of the way. He consistently went above and beyond, stayed steady and positive, and was incredibly responsive.
