About Lance Wooten

In late 1999 my wife Jennifer and I moved to Milwaukee so that she could attend UW Milwaukee. I had just finished a four year stint in the Marine Corps and had never been to Milwaukee. I felt right at home. Jennifer and I and our two daughters Hope & Sydney currently reside in Cedarburg Wi and have since 2002. I started investing in the Riverwest area of Milwaukee in 2003. Since that time I have developed a huge fondness for the neighborhood and its diverse group of residents.

I became a licensed Realtor in Spring of 2013 and it was by far one of the best decisions I have ever made. By Spring of 2014 I had obtained my Brokers license and Riverwest Realty Milwaukee was born. Since that time I have personally helped over 500 buyers and sellers achieve their goals of buying or selling their home. I continue to meet new people and make new friends every day in this business and for that reason, more than 50% of my business is repeat and referral. I could not be more thankful for that.

    We worked with Lance from Riverwest Realty to both buy and sell a home, and he was exceptional every step of the way. He was always quick to respond, made time for us whenever we needed, and went above and beyond to answer our questions and at times offer a bit of therapy. Lance also provided excellent referrals on both sides of the process from helping get our home ready to sell and after settling in to our new home. We really appreciated the personal touches he added to help showcase our home and make it stand out.     I highly recommend Lance with Riverwest Realty. I was buying from out of state and he made the process incredibly easy. Great communicator, knowledgable, flexible, patient, and most importantly honest (I can’t stress how crucial this is in a real estate agent). Lance is not the kind of agent who wants to push through a quick sale without the buyer’s interest in mind; he wants you to find the right property for you and then make the transaction as smooth as possible. I’m now in my forever house, but if I ever have to buy/sell again, I’m calling Lance.
